When Chosing a Proper Fit for
Shin Guards
Consider the Following:

Shin guards are best fitted when the player is sitting.

Measure from the center of the knee cap to the top of the skate boot.

Match the player's shin measurement to the size of the shin guard.

Note: Shin guards should be secured with proper shin guard straps or hockey tape.
